Advantages of CCASA

Local ASIC Repetitive duties (LAR)
This enables us to receive documents and declare them lodged as at the date they arrive in our offices. This LAR facility is only open to a select few companies in Australia. Currently we are the only LAR office in the Perth Metropolitan Area. More information on the LAR service can be found on the ASIC website.

Registered Agent with ASIC
This registration allows CCASA to act on behalf of Australian companies (with written approval of the company director). This enables us to offer you a complete corporate secretarial service and ensure you receive the very best service. More information on Agents

Business Advisory Committee
This is an ASIC committee that is only open to invitation by ASIC management. CCASA has been on the committee as an active member since early 2007. We play a keen and important role in assisting ASIC to test new products and services as well as advising ASIC on their current polices and future policy changes.

Craig and Geoff are the co-founders of CCASA.

Craig has over 10 years’ experience in the IT industry, mainly within computer supply and network management in the oil and gas industry. Craig worked part-time in the corporate compliance field for 4 years before and during his career as a computer specialist. He has worked full time within the corporate compliance field since CCASA conception. A driven individual, he attends yearly meetings with ASIC in Melbourne and has cutting edge knowledge of CCASA’s products and services.

An ex-ASIC employee, Geoff has well over 20 years of practical experience in accounting. Prior to setting up CCASA, he worked in the corporate section of a chartered accounting firm.
